Follow Me

Follow Me is an iPhone app used to record when you arrive at and leave a destination of your choice. It is accurate to approximately 200m from your destination.

The application is set up by adding valid addresses to the Locations list. Addresses can be added from the Address book, manually or the current address can be used. Follow Me will record the times you arrived and left that address in the Time Log. You can also record the current address manually if you would like to do a one off recording of when you arrived or left the current address. Records in the Locations and Time Log can be edited and deleted as necessary.

A sound is played when the user arrives or leaves a recorded address. This can be turned off if required by going into Settings, Follow Me. A default email address can also be recorded. The Time Log details can be emailed as a .csv file to a the default email address or any other valid email address.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including the time and date that you arrived or left a destination.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

When you use the Application, we will use GPS technology to determine your current location in order to determine if you have arrived or left a destination. We will not share your current location with other users. We will also use your address book to look up addresses to set up monitoring. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your mobile phone settings.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. The information recorded in the Application is not provided to any other party

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
